Bomjan Carpet Industry Pvt. Ltd. was established in 2008 with a clear mission fueled by tradition, craftsmanship, and dedication. From the very beginning, the company embarked on a journey to preserve Nepal’s rich carpet-weaving heritage while serving the evolving needs of the global market.

With a workforce of over 400 employees, including 275 skilled weavers—the majority of whom are women—the company stands as a meaningful milestone in the Nepalese carpet industry. Many of its artisans come from the Tibetan refugee community, carrying forward time-honored weaving traditions. Early support from SATA (South Association for Technical Assistance) helped shape the company’s technical strength and sustainable growth.

Today, Bomjan Carpet Industry creates carpets that suit diverse tastes, offering custom designs, elegant contemporary designs, and authentic traditional designs for modern interior designs worldwide. Each carpet reflects a new chapter of excellence, woven with passion, heritage, and purpose.
